The peel that doesn't behave like a peel Natinuel RX 50

A PEEL THAT NEEDS TO BE UNDERSTOOD, NOT SOLD

RX 50 is a peel. But it works like no other peel you have ever encountered.

A conventional peel has a precise structural limitation: it is aggressive by definition, applied and removed, impossible to massage, incapable of engaging with skin biology. It does one thing — exfoliate — and it does so with controlled violence.

RX 50 redefines this paradigm. It is a peel that can be massaged. That transforms during the treatment. That does not merely loosen the bonds between cells of the stratum corneum (corneodesmosomes), reactivating a natural exfoliation, but delivers energy, substrates and protection to the skin as it renews.

This document explains how and why, in clear and honest language. You will find logic, not promises.

Picture a conventional peel as a labourer demolishing a wall. RX 50 is an architect: it demolishes what is no longer needed, but at the very same moment delivers the new bricks to those who must rebuild.

— ✦ —

TWO SACHETS, ONE PRECISE LOGIC

RX 50 arrives in two separate sachets that are mixed at the moment of use. This is not a complication: it is the condition for the product to work.

Sachet A — the structure and the builders

Contains the oil platform (triglycerides, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil) and the structural builders: the amino acids Glycine, Proline and Lysine — the three fundamental building blocks of collagen and elastin — and Phytic Acid, a selective chelator of pro-oxidant metals.

Sachet B — the acid platform

Contains the five active acids — Succinic, Ferulic, Glycolic, Lactic and Pyruvic — dispersed in glycerine and stabilised by a polymeric matrix (POLYACRYLATE CROSSPOLYMER-6) and kaolin.

The extemporaneous preparation is a physicochemical choice, not a commercial one. Kept apart, the components remain stable. United at the moment of use, they generate a dynamic oil-like structure whose bioactivity would be impossible in a pre-formulated product: the amino acids would encounter the acids, react, and lose their function before ever touching the skin.

Think of two musical instruments tuned separately: each produces its own perfect sound. Only when they are played together, at the very same instant, does harmony emerge. RX 50 works in the same way: the components must meet fresh to create something that neither could achieve alone.

What this means for you in the treatment room

You have the certainty that every component is intact and active at the moment of application. The amino acids are ready for the fibroblasts, the acids are fresh and reactive, the oil structure is still dynamic and open.

THE OIL-LIKE STRUCTURE — THE PEEL YOU CAN MASSAGE

Here lies the heart of RX 50's innovation. When one speaks of a peel at pH 1.5–1.8, the immediate thought is: it burns, it irritates, it cannot be touched. With a conventional peel, that would be true.

But RX 50 is not an acidic liquid. It is an oil-like structure: the triglycerides, vegetable oils and emulsifiers of Phase A create an oily matrix that envelops and retains the acids of Phase B. The result is a product that can be massaged onto the skin — something impossible with any traditional peel.

Imagine olive oil in which hot spices have been dissolved. If you placed the spices directly on your tongue, they would burn. But in oil the contact is gradual, modulated, controlled. You taste the flavour, not the pain. RX 50 does the same with acids on the skin: it wraps them in an oily structure that governs their release.

The oil-like structure functions as a kinetic barrier: it does not eliminate the acids, but slows the rate at which H⁺ ions make contact with the cells. The overall pH remains that of a professional peel (1.5–1.8), but the contact velocity is entirely different. The skin perceives a modulated intensity, not an assault.

The transformation during treatment

But the oil-like structure does something more: it transforms during the treatment itself.

Phase 1 — Pure oil-like.  Freshly mixed, the product is a dense oily structure. It is applied to the skin and massaged directly. Acid distribution is uniform, cell by cell. No peaks of aggression.

Phase 2 — Damp hands, light emulsion.  When the hands are moistened, the structure converts spontaneously into a fluid, light emulsion. The massage can continue for an extended period, with full comfort and control. Ideal for comprehensive face-neck-décolletage treatments.

This transformation is not a cosmetic detail. It is a genuine operational advantage: you can modulate the treatment's intensity in real time, simply by changing the product's consistency with your hands.

What this means for you in the treatment room

You have a professional-pH peel that you can massage with confidence, modulate during the treatment, and adapt to the area you are treating. No neutralisation is needed: it is washed off with cold water at the end. The massage itself becomes part of the efficacy.

BEYOND EXFOLIATION — BIOLOGICAL VITALITY

This is the aspect that makes RX 50 radically different from any peel on the market.

A conventional peel does one thing: it removes. It loosens the bonds between cells of the stratum corneum (corneodesmosomes), and this reactivates a natural exfoliation — renewal restarts. Full stop. But renewal needs energy, substrates and protection — and a conventional peel provides none of these.

RX 50 was designed to do three things simultaneously: remove, deliver and protect.

A conventional peel is like pruning a tree without fertilising it: you cut the dead branches, but you give no nourishment to the roots. RX 50 prunes and fertilises in the same gesture.

Remove — intelligent exfoliation

The five acids loosen the corneodesmosomes in a complementary fashion: Glycolic Acid penetrates deeply, Lactic Acid hydrates and encourages gentle detachment, Pyruvic Acid, being lipophilic, penetrates rapidly and promotes desquamation. The resulting exfoliation is controlled and adjustable, not aggressive — because the oil-like structure governs the contact velocity.

Deliver — energy and collagen building blocks

Succinic Acid — cellular fuel.  It is not simply an exfoliating acid. It is a direct substrate of the Krebs cycle: it enters the mitochondrion and generates energy (ATP) through the reaction succinate → fumarate + FADH₂. Whilst the peel renews the surface, Succinic Acid reignites the metabolic engine of the cells beneath.

Imagine renovating a house: you strip the old plaster, but at the very same moment you switch on the generator for the workers who must rebuild. Succinic Acid is that generator.

Glycine + Proline + Lysine — the structural bricks.  These are the three fundamental amino acids of collagen (the repetitive Gly-Pro-X sequence of the triple helix) and of elastin (Lysine forms desmosine, the "elastic hinge"). Supplying them during the peel means delivering substrates to the fibroblasts at the precise moment they are being stimulated by the acids. This is not coincidence: it is by design.

Protect — during renewal

Ferulic Acid — the antioxidant shield.  Cellular renewal generates free radicals (ROS). Ferulic Acid neutralises them as they are produced. Furthermore, it protects cellular DNA and inhibits the activation of NF-κB, the key mediator of inflammation. It does not correct damage afterwards: it prevents it during.

Phytic Acid — the intelligent chelator.  It sequesters pro-oxidant metals — in particular copper, an essential cofactor of tyrosinase. Without copper at the active site, the enzyme cannot produce excess melanin. This is an elegant depigmenting action: it does not bleach; it removes the tool from the process.

What this means for you in the treatment room

You are not simply performing a peel. You are delivering a treatment that exfoliates at the surface, supplies energy and amino acids at depth, and shields the cells from the oxidative damage that renewal itself generates. Three actions in a single gesture.

FIVE ACIDS CHOSEN FOR COMPLEMENTARITY

In RX 50, every acid has a specific role that complements the others. This is not a sum: it is a team in which each member covers a function the others do not possess.

Pyruvic Acid — the deep penetrator

An alpha-keto acid with high lipophilicity: it penetrates rapidly and deeply. It has a desquamating action (promotes detachment of superficial corneocytes), a stimulating action (improves proliferation and differentiation), a depigmenting action (accelerates turnover of pigmented cells) and a renewing action (activates neo-synthesis of collagen in the dermis). It is also a direct substrate of the Krebs cycle, like Succinic Acid: it delivers metabolic energy to the cells.

Glycolic Acid — the classic, enhanced

The smallest of the alpha-hydroxy acids, with the greatest capacity for transcutaneous penetration. It interacts with intercorneocyte bonds and activates the mechanisms that regulate cellular energy metabolism. In this context, however, it does not work alone: the oil-like structure modulates its release, transforming its aggressiveness into controlled efficacy.

Lactic Acid — the gentle exfoliant

It desquamates gently whilst simultaneously hydrating: it draws water into the stratum corneum through its hydroxyl groups. Ideal for sensitive skin, where renewal without aggression is required. Its synergistic action with Glycolic Acid creates a dual-speed exfoliation: deep and superficial at once.

Succinic Acid — the mitochondrial energiser

A dicarboxylic acid that plays a fundamental role in mitochondrial function. It is part of the respiratory chain and the Krebs cycle: the reaction succinate + FAD → fumarate + FADH₂ donates electrons to the transfer chain. It prevents and counteracts ageing through direct mitochondrial revitalisation. Moreover, it chelates copper at the active site of tyrosinase: a depigmenting action complementary to that of Phytic Acid.

Ferulic Acid — the DNA protector

A phenolic derivative with a high capacity to neutralise superoxide, hydroxyl and nitric oxide radicals. It potentiates the efficacy of antioxidant vitamins C and E, prevents the activation of NF-κB (anti-inflammatory), inhibits tyrosinase (depigmenting) and enhances photoprotection. It is a guardian of cellular DNA that works in synergy with every other component.

What this means for you in the treatment room

Every acid has a precise answer. When a client asks "why five different acids?", you can explain that each covers a different level: penetration, exfoliation, hydration, cellular energy, protection. This is not redundancy: it is completeness.

THE EXCLUSIVE FEATURE — BOOSTABLE WITH OTHER PEELS

This is the function that makes RX 50 unique in the professional landscape.

Once the compound has been reconstituted, the oil-like structure can incorporate other peels into the same blend. It does not layer them: it integrates them into its own structure, stabilises them and modulates their penetration.

Think of a conductor who already has a full orchestra but can welcome an external soloist. The soloist is not placed in a corner: they are integrated into the score, with tempi and dynamics adjusted for every other instrument. RX 50 does exactly this with any compatible peel.

The oil-like structure functions as a carrier platform: it distributes added actives uniformly, modulates their release kinetics and amplifies the overall bioactivity of the treatment. A level of personalisation that no pre-formulated peel can offer.

What this means for you in the treatment room

You can create a different protocol for every client, every session, every need. RX 50 becomes your operational base: add whatever is required, and the oil-like structure integrates and modulates it. You are professionals who personalise, not operators who apply.

— ✦ —

HOW TO USE IT — THREE OPERATIONAL MODES

1. Enhanced classical peel.  Apply to cleansed skin, massage in pure oil-like form for several minutes, leave on for a further contact period, then wash thoroughly with cold water. Provides modulated exfoliation with active biochemical renewal.

2. Extended massage.  Begin with dry hands (oil-like structure), then continue by moistening the hands: the structure converts spontaneously into a fluid, light emulsion. The massage can continue at length — ideal for comprehensive face-neck-décolletage protocols, maintaining comfort and control throughout.

3. Personalised blend.  Combine reconstituted RX 50 with a second compatible peel. The oil-like platform integrates and modulates both: a bespoke protocol for every skin type and therapeutic objective.

In all modes, the product is removed with cold water at the end of the treatment. No chemical neutralisation is required.

WHY RX 50 IS UNIQUE — IN SUMMARY

In a market where every peel promises results and none explains how it achieves them, RX 50 takes the opposite path: it explains everything and lets the results speak.

✦   Extemporaneous bi-component preparation — amino acids and acids meet fresh, the structure is alive and dynamic.

✦   Oil-like structure — a kinetic barrier that makes a pH 1.5–1.8 peel massageable. Potency without aggression.

✦   In-treatment transformation — from oil-like to light emulsion with damp hands. Real-time adjustability.

✦   Triple action: remove, deliver, protect — exfoliation + cellular energy + amino acids for collagen + antioxidant shield.

✦   Five complementary acids — Pyruvic, Glycolic, Lactic, Succinic, Ferulic. Every level of the skin is addressed.

✦   Precursor amino acids — Glycine, Proline, Lysine: the building blocks of collagen and elastin, delivered at the right moment.

✦   Phytic Acid chelation — intelligent depigmentation by removing the metallic cofactor of tyrosinase.

✦   Boostable — an open platform that integrates and modulates other peels. A different treatment for every client.

THE COMPLEXITY YOU CANNOT SEE

Behind a product like RX 50 lies a level of formulation complexity that deserves to be told, because it is what separates professional cosmetic engineering from the mere blending of ingredients.

The architecture of ratios

The molar ratio of Glycine, Proline and Lysine is not arbitrary: it mirrors the stoichiometry with which the fibroblast assembles the collagen triple helix (Gly-X-Y). Altering that ratio means supplying amino acids the cell cannot utilise in the synthesis process. The proportion is every bit as important as the presence.

The same applies to the five acids. The ratio between strong acids with a low pKa (Glycolic, Pyruvic) and acids with a modulatory function (Lactic, Succinic, Ferulic) determines the transcutaneous penetration profile, the peak of biological activity and the tolerability margin. Shifting a single ratio changes the behaviour of the entire system.

The engineering of the oil-like structure

The oil-like structure does not arise spontaneously from the presence of oils and surfactants. It depends on the hydrophilic–lipophilic balance (HLB) of the emulsifying system — Sucrose Palmitate, Sucrose Laurate and Sucrose Stearate each have markedly different individual HLB values. Only a precise combination generates the kinetic barrier that permits a pH 1.5–1.8 to be massaged safely. A different HLB produces a structure with entirely different release properties.

To this one must add the process parameters: the dispersion temperature, the order of phase addition, the agitation speed and the maturation time determine micelle size, oil-phase viscosity and — ultimately — the kinetics of acid release onto the skin.

Stability as an achievement

Maintaining two phases that are separate and chemically stable over time, and ensuring that at the moment of extemporaneous reconstitution they recombine into a biologically active structure, is an engineering challenge that requires years of development, testing and optimisation. Stability is not a starting point: it is a result.

An orchestra needs the right instruments. But possessing the same instruments does not mean producing the same music. You need the score, the conductor, the rehearsals, the time. In RX 50, every parameter — ratios, process, stability — is a note in that score. The finished product is the performance.

This document sets out the scientific logic of RX 50 with transparency, because we believe that understanding is the foundation of professional trust. The formulation complexity behind every sachet is the fruit of a competence built over time, through study, experimentation and rigour. It is this invisible complexity that makes the visible difference on the skin.

For professionals

When you evaluate a professional product, look beyond the ingredient list. Ask about the logic of the ratios, the reasoning behind every formulation choice, the coherence between structure and mechanism of action. A product that can explain itself is a product that knows what it does.
