Shipping and Returns

UK Esthetics Delivery Policy

  • Dispatch Times:

    • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 2–5 working days.

    • Pre-Order/Out-of-Stock: Dispatched are despatched within 30 days

  • Delivery Estimates: Most orders are delivered within 14 days. If delivery exceeds this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Territory: We currently deliver exclusively to the UK and Ireland.

UK Esthetics Delivery Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent in accordance with GOV.UK guidance on accepting returns. 

1. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind) 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel your order for any reason. 

  • Notification: You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • Return Window: Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

  • Exclusions: For health and hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted for sealed products (e.g., creams, serums,  needles, or topical solutions) if the original security seal has been broken or the packaging opened. 

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 30-day "short-term right to reject" if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. 

  • We will provide a full refund, including original postage and packaging (P&P) costs, for verified faulty items.

To ensure your return is processed, you must contact us first to obtain a 'Customer Return Form' and return authorization: 

4. Return Shipping & Packaging

  • Cost: Customers are responsible for return postage and packaging costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Condition: Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling.

  • Safe Transit: We recommend using a tracked service; we cannot issue refunds for items damaged or lost during return transit. 

5. Processing Your Refund

  • Original P&P: Delivery costs are non-refundable.

  • Timeline: Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or receiving proof of return). It may take up to 30  days for the funds to appear in your bank account once processed.
